Job Description:
- Documentation: Prepare a full set of documents in the name of Singapore for clients to clear customs (invoices, packing lists, detailed lists, bills of lading, and other documents required by clients) - Customs Clearance Documents.
- Other omprehensive Management Tasks: Complete tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualification:
- Good character, meticulous, responsible, with strong learning and independent working abilities.
- Proficient in office software.
- Skilled in handling international trade documentation and related affairs.
- Possesses a certain level of teamwork spirit, with a high sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and service awareness.
- Fluent and proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Knowledge and Unstanding in shipping / logistic preferred.
