Job Description
As Caladan continues to grow, we are looking for an office and pantry assistant dedicated to maintaining a clean and productive environment for our employees.
Daily Cleaning:
- Cleaning of pantry table tops
- Cleaning of microwave oven and refrigerators
- Cleaning of work station and meeting room surfaces
- Cleaning of glass and window panels
- Vacuuming carpet floor
- Loading cups and utensils into dish washer and washing when needed
- Clearing of trash bin
- Cleaning of common touch surface areas (e.g. door handles)
Pantry:
- Restock pantry supplies and drinks daily
Others:
- Check and open company letterbox daily
- Answer doorbells, manage guests/ offering them drinks
- Bring in deliveries
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking at a full time hire but are flexible with the starting time - ideally the hire can come in around mid-morning (11am) to after standard hours in the evenings (~8pm) so that any loud cleaning can occur productively outside core working hours.
Prior office housekeeping/ cleaning experience is advantageous
Good communication skills
Able to multi-task and work independently
