Job Title: Account Executive - Marine Broker

Scope of works
Attend to accounts enquiries and address escalated issues to ensure best solutions are provided. Ensure service levels are met or exceeds expectations.
Understands and evaluate customer perspectives, needs and requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Works with sales/industry/client executives to position the marine product line firmly into strategic and client discussions/plans.
Assists Marine account manager on client day-to-day service enquiries and marine placement activities.
Communicates account status to clients, brokers and carriers, as appropriate.
Obtain relevant underwriting information from clients for submission to underwriters for quotation and terms.
Prepare documentation required for insurance placement
