Job Description:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner as they enter.
- Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
- Preparing beverages following recipes
- Communicate in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide excellent service experience
- Receive and process cashless payments.
- Well versed in different types of coffee base on customers preference
- Prepare and serve a varieties of coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and techniques.
- Generate revenues by attracting new customers, defining new and expanded services and products
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company SOP
- Process customer’s orders and generate their bills through cashless payment via POS systems
- Address and resolve customer issues in a polite and effective manner; enlist manager or shift supervisor when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all areas
- Maintain cleanliness on customers area and washroom
- Keeping the work bar area clean, sanitary, and organized
- Ensure stock supplies are sufficient and inform management when inventories are low
- Serve food and drinks to customer
- Assist any other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
Job Requirement:
- Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress preferred
- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
- Team Player, Positive, Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Polite
- Engaging personality
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Communication Skills, Quality Service and Customer-Oriented
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Able to perform flexi shift, and able to work on weekends and public holidays
- 6 days work week
