Job Description:
1. Regional Operations Strategy: Develop and implement regional operational strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and strategies.
2. Daily Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations within the region, ensuring efficient functioning of warehouses, logistics, and distribution. Manage and optimize storage, transportation, and supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
3. Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage regional team members, ensuring team efficiency and professional growth. Provide team guidance and support to boost morale and job satisfaction.
4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze operational performance indicators, identify and resolve operational issues. Develop and implement performance improvement plans to ensure achievement of operational goals.
5. Customer Service: Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely fulfillment of their needs.
6. Inventory Management: Oversee and manage inventory levels within the region, ensuring appropriate inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
7. Financial Management: Establish and control regional operational budgets, conduct cost analysis and control. Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial reports.
8. Compliance Management: Ensure regional operations comply with local regulations and company policies, conducting necessary compliance checks. Manage safety and environmental standards to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
9. Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects within the region, ensuring timely completion and desired outcomes. Manage project budgets and resources, resolving issues during project execution.
10. Reporting and Communication: Regularly report operational status, including performance data, issues, and improvement plans, to senior management. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with other departments and teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in relevant fields such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, etc.
- Extensive experience in team building, corporate management, employee training, employee performance management, customer service awareness, etc.
- Outstanding team and project management skills, capable of handling complex situations and making effective decisions.
- Skilled at building strong management relationships with employees, aligning with and understanding company goals for local strategic planning, demonstrating a results-driven approach to driving local capability development.
- Possess cross-cultural communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the local market.
- Demonstrate a willingness and ability for continuous learning to continually enhance regional development.
- Proficient in computer and office software applications; familiarity with ERP/SAP systems is a plus.
