Our client is a well-established entity in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for AR, AP & income journals, sales reports and other accounting reports
- Tracking and updating of sales-related data
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing cash flow and process staff claims
- Perform all other accounting duties such as generating statement of accounts and assist month-end closing, order entry, issuing purchase order/invoices, receiving goods & etc
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 1 year relevant experience is added advantage
- No experience are welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
