· Monitoring incoming shipment when receive pre-Alert from oversea station or from Customer .
· Arrange and organise air import shipments with contractor for a smooth clearance and on-time delivery to customers.
· Update and follow with customers for any shipment delay.
· Handle shipment survey and process cargo claim should it arise.
· Liaise with overseas agents should shipment did not come in on time.
· Abe to declare relevant customs permits.
Comply to customers' standard operating procedures (SOP).
Timely response to emails from customers,suppliers, carriers, and our internal network.
Prepare cash sale invoices and update billing to Account.
