Job Description
1、Accounts Processing: Perform monthly accounts processing in accordance with Singapore accounting policies, and present the differences in accounting policies with the domestic statements.
2、Accounts Receivable Management Ledger: Import bank funds into CRM in time for the salesman to recognize the payment, update accounts receivable and overdue ledger.
3、Credit insurance: exported on a monthly basis
4、Funding plan & bank counter processing: output monthly.
5、Operation analysis (pull-through cooperation): Monthly output of individual statements corresponding to the details of each account (income, expenses).
6、Tax declaration: annual declaration, personal tax declaration, five insurance and one gold declaration using the statement in line with Singapore accounting policy (system)
7、Annual Audit Report Cooperation: Combined with the monthly report in line with Singapore accounting policies, cooperate with the external audit to issue an annual audit report
8、Documentary documents (according to the template): in the name of Singapore to produce a full set of documents to the customer for customs clearance (invoices, packing lists, detailed lists, bills of lading and other documents required by the customer) - Customs Clearance Documentation
9、Other comprehensive management content: to complete the work assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification
1, good character, work seriously and carefully responsible, accounting title
2、Fluent and proficient in written and communication in English and Chinese.
3、Familiar with Singapore accounting system, accounting standards and tax regulations
3, skilled use of office software, familiar with accounting and accounting processing
4, good at dealing with process matters, strong learning ability, independent work ability
5、Have certain teamwork spirit and management ability, with a high sense of responsibility, good communication skills and sense of service
6、Accept China and Singapore round-trip travel
7、Familiar with Chinese business process and mode is preferred.
