Account Executive
Location: Conveniently located near Yio Chu Kang MRT
Salary: $2,500 to $2,900
Work Schedule: 5-day work week

What You’ll Do:
- Manage cash receipts and bank reconciliations, ensuring smooth financial operations.
- Monitor and collect accounts receivables, manage payables, and process staff claims with precision.
- Handle HR tasks including onboarding/offboarding, work pass applications, and renewals.
- Uphold and enforce accounting principles, policies, and methods to meet financial objectives.
- Collaborate with operational teams to maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Tackle any additional accounting duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
