- Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (Record transactions and events relating to sales, purchase, receivables, payables and cash, day to day updating cash book and liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers, send statement of account to customer by end of the month)
- Assist to manage the day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the Company and its subsidiaries
- Prepare and ensure the monthly financial and analytical reports are made on a timely basis for review (financial and financial position by preparing the income statement, balance sheet and the cash flow statements)
- Responsible for quarterly GST Reporting
- Prepare required schedules/report for yearly audit and tax purpose
- Liaising with auditors and responding to any queries
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Monthly Report of Financial Report to company management
- Able to use SAP business one accounting system
- Prepare staff salary and CPF submission and IR8A
- Apply and handle permit or pass application and administrative general duties
- Monitoring and update staff leave record and welfare
- And any other ad-hoc admin duties assign by management.
- Preferably has work experiences in accounting role & HR admin duties
