Work you will do
Our Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice brings together multidisciplinary capabilities and teams of client service professionals with diverse experience and knowledge to provide customized solutions for our clients. This industry group brings together one of the world’s largest pools of deep industry experts – respected for helping shape some of the world’s most recognized TMT brands and helping companies of all shapes and sizes thrive in a digital world.
You will work alongside our clients to help them make decisions and implement solutions based on "Heart of the Business" strategy development to drive business value. You will also assist in determining the requirements of clients’ projects and programs by defining, analyzing, and managing requirements to help fulfill their needs. You will have the opportunity to exercise strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the chance to solve complex problems and communicate your findings. Finally, you will work independently and collaboratively in a team.
You will support our clients in their transformation journey by:
- Bring clarity and understanding of their current operations
- Model various scenarios to support strategic decision making of client on their evolvement of manufacturing network
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work.
- Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.
- Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports.

Enough about us, let's talk about you
You are someone with:
· Tertiary qualification in a business or finance discipline with a well ranked institution and/or currently enrolled in a MBA program.
· Minimum 8 years and above of professional experience in a transformation or consulting role within the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) industry, with at least 5 years in TMT industry.
· Familiarity with Indonesia context, e.g., TKDN, with Indonesia-based working experience highly preferred.
· Good experience in financial and process transformation, enhanced operations model development, and/or strategic sourcing and procurement engagements for TMT / manufacturing clients.
· Experience with client management related to Business Development or Projects and experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources.
· Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
· Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.
· Commitment to professional excellence, as well as personal and professional growth.
