- Oversee day-to-day operations to deliver high level of service for our guests consistently
- Monitor and ensure the quality of food & beverage, guest services, hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness to achieve total customer satisfaction and meet Company standards
- Handle administration duties include staff roster and duty assignments
- Undertake a busy and fast-paced role with varied duties
- Handle and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner
- To supervise all staff members in their duties and encourage or reprimand as necessary.
- To train staff to provide high standards of service and increase their personal knowledge.
