- Part of Operations Support team to provide back office Sales & Distribution support to business users.
- Sales order (SO) processing: Update and maintain sales order data for all sales order types in SAP and other databases.
- Delivery Order (DO) processing: Update and maintain delivery/ service acceptance status and documentation in SAP and other databases.
- Track and monitor the end-to-end fulfilment of all sales activities till payment receipt.
- Prepare routine reports and presentation materials relating to Sales & Distribution.
- Other general administration work as tasked upon.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in any field.
- Able to work and communicate well with internal stakeholders of all levels.
- 2 years or more of relevant SAP experience is preferred but not mandatory.
