Job Description


Seeking a highly skilled and experience Key Account Management Lead for our priority capital markets clients in the APAC region.

  • The strategic role is central to driving our multi-service revenue growth and enhancing the overall client experience to drive new and repeat business.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate with a proven history in key account management within a multinational professional services environment.
  • The job will be to support the Managing Director, Global Capital Markets, Asia Pacific in maximizing client intelligence, understanding strategic investor trends and ensuring significant face time with key target clients for the benefit of the APAC region.

Responsibilities:


Key Account Leadership:

  • As the Key Account Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading the key account management for our top priority investor clients in the APAC region.
  • Your focus will be on delivering across multiple APAC geographies increased revenue growth and deepening client relationships.
  • You will collaborate closely with leaders across APAC Capital Markets teams as well as other service lines for investor and capital markets clients, to understand their needs, provide strategic solutions and ensure their satisfaction from Colliers as a preferred ‘advisor’ or service provider of choice.

Client Intelligence and Engagement:

  • In this role, you will take responsibility for gathering and analysing client intelligence, both from internal sources and third-party providers.
  • You will use this data to plan and execute effective client engagement strategies, ensuring that our services align with their goals and objectives.
  • Additionally, you will identify collaboration opportunities across APAC’s top priority key accounts to further enhance client relationships.

Cross-Service Collaboration:

  • As the Key Account Management Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and communicating Key Account Management client intelligence.
  • You will identify opportunities for collaboration across diverse services such as Capital Markets (CM), Debt, Property Management (PM), Leasing, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), and Valuation & Advisory (VA).
  • By working closely with key markets and asset class practice groups, you will maximise client service and revenue opportunities.

Client Plan Development:

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing Key Account Management client plans in collaboration with client-facing service leaders across different markets.
  • These plans will outline the strategies and initiatives to effectively engage with clients, address their needs, and drive revenue growth.
  • Your ability to create comprehensive and tailored client plans will be instrumental in ensuring successful client relationships.
