Job Scope:
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure financial reports are accurate and comply with accounting standards and regulations.
- Record daily financial transactions such as sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws.
- Advise on tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
- Develop and manage budgets, tracking performance against forecasts.
- Analyze variances and provide insights to improve financial performance.
- Manage invoices, ensuring timely payment of bills and collection of receivables.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Prepare for and assist in both internal and external audits.
- Provide necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.
Job Requirement:
- Possesses Accounting Degree/ACCA with minimum 3-5 years working experience.
