Make an Impact by
- Ownership of technical designs, code development, and component test execution to demonstrate alignment to the functional specification
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
- Design and develop reusable artifacts, modules and assets
- Proficient in coding and design patterns such as MVVM, SOLID, TDD
- Conduct and provide guidance as needed in software development, testing, code reviews and debugging
- Have deep understanding of ServiceNow functionality and capabilities, with a proven track record of successful implementation and customization.
- Write unit test and ensure high test coverage as well as making sure source code complies with industrial information security standards
- Contribute to strategy and roadmap planning of applications
Skills for Success
- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or IT.
- More than 10 years software development experience.
- Proven track record of successful project/product implementation with minimal 10 years of software development experience
- Minimal of 5 year’s experience working with the ServiceNow platform in a development and administrative role.
- Solid understanding of IT service management (ITSM) process and best practices.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, etc).
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using web services (REST, SOAP) and other integration methods.
- ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
- Good to have:Experience working with build management and continuous integration tools such as Azure Devops, Jenkins
Experience working as part of an Agile / Scrum team
Hands-on experience with Azure App Services and Functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
