The Media Executive will be assisting the Manager on the planning, coordination and implementation of programmatic and social campaigns for key accounts. You will help ensure that best practices are enforced in campaign delivery.
Expectations of a Media Executive:
Planning
- Assist the Manager to manage channel/ platform recommendations and coordinate campaign assets delivery
- Liaise and coordinate with media owners for media proposals
- Engage clients on day-to-day operations, campaign optimisation and pacing updates and various campaign reports
Buying
- Book ads – both managed service and self-service across various platforms
- Liaise with media vendors & creative agencies for material submission
- Digital ad ops (campaign set up on self-serve platforms, ensuring campaign taxonomies are in place, ensure ads are set up on time and pacing properly);
- Global ops (adhering and following globally set parameters and campaign execution processes while also guiding others);
- Daily monitoring of campaign performance across channels (Search, Social, Programmatic etc.);
- Assist in optimizing performance during campaign period across platforms such as Google DV360/ Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn etc
- Weekly digital reporting, end of campaign reporting and reconciliation of final costs for finance billings
