Director, Corporate T&E Lead - AP Region

As the lead for our core program based in Singapore for AP region you will be the product and business lead responsible for building out corporate T&E strategy for our issuers including forming and launching initiatives, offering product capabilities, as well as engaging in key partners including TMCs, travel enablers that support corporate travel requirements.  You will work in close collaboration with our market teams and business development teams to drive overall issuer goals in commercial.

 

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new team within Visa in AP, managing one of the company’s most important strategic product initiative globally. This role will report to Head of Large and Mid-Market segment in AP as well as secondarily, to the Global B2B Travel team.

 

Key responsibilities will include

  • You will own and drive our Corporate Travel and Entertainment segment strategy in Asia Pacific across variety of issuers
  • The role will require you to collaborate with key partners both internal and external in executing Visa’s strategy while meeting Issuers and corporates needs in the T&E user journey
  • Drive product development, enhancements of CVPs, introduction of VCS Services to meet corporate needs.
  • Provide best practices guidelines for corporates and government to benchmark their current program and evaluate recommendations for future growth plans. 
  • You will work collaboratively with the client deal teams working on selling strategies, executing, optimising portfolio as well as commercial arrangements.
  • As such, you will work with market teams to develop and execute sales pipeline in Corporate T&E Programs in the region, introducing new B2B products and services as appropriate.
  • As the voice of the market clients, you will need to provide feedback, develop product plans and collaborate with global LMM Core product teams to prioritize and maintain product roadmap to drive future growth. 

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
