The ideal candidate will be responsible for all Human Resources matters in the Singapore Office for the effective execution of HR strategies and plans to achieve the business goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management.
- Perform on/off boarding process, end-to-end recruitment and source qualified talents through a wide variety of channels and conduct induction program.
- Develop, formulate and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor legal updates to stay abreast of compliance requirements and propose internal control standards; Make recommendations for policy, procedure and process modifications, implementing and communicating on approved changes.
- Implement staff engagement initiatives, liaise relevant parties, organize training, company events, employee relationship building activities.
- Handle monthly Payroll calculation, salary review, medical insurance, taxation matters and leave records maintenance.
- Handle employee HR related general enquires.
- Provide professional advice and support to management for resolving all HR related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 10 years' experience in Human Resources in engineering related industry
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
