Jobs Responsibilities
- Lead the data cleansing exercise within the team.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets, perform statistical analysis, and identify patterns and trends.
- Guide/Troubleshoot reported data discrepancies, identify root cause to provide resolution to ensure that data is in order.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data by conducting validation checks and cross-referencing with reliable sources.
- Use various techniques and tools to clean and correct data, such as removing duplicate entries, standardizing formats, and updating outdated or incorrect information.
- Implement and maintain data integrity rules and standards to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Document data cleansing processes, procedures, and outcomes for future reference and auditing purposes.
- Adhere to data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain data privacy and security.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance data quality and efficiency.
- Generate reports or summaries on data quality metrics, issues, and progress to stakeholders or management as required.
Job Requirements
- Experience in leading data analysis and cleansing procedure and tools.
- Minimum 5-years working experience in data cleansing or migration.
- Experience in Workday and/or Oracle will be an advantage.
