Must Have
- Should have minimum of 10 Years of exp and familiar with analytics skills on data lake environment for Risk and Regulatory reporting with SLA commitment
- Extensive Experience on Data Warehouse Solutioning and Strategy Roadmap.
- Should have strong business knowledge on Risk and Regulatory data for understanding business terms and analyse required data independently in Data lake environment using various tools to query/check data
- Should have hands on experience in Sql Databases, ETL tools. Preparing data using Pyspark, Dataframes, bteq for analysis
- Strong in Data Operating Models for implementation of Transformations, Data Lineage, Metadata Management, Data Quality and profiling of Critical data under Consent Order programs for Banking Risk portfolios
- Should have basic understanding on Erwin, Collibra, Hadoop, R, Python and Py spark for Data governance.
- Should have knowledge to understand SAS programming, big data eco system
Good to Have
- •Having exposure to Project Management Tools and ETL Tools such as development knowledge on ETL tools like Datastage, Talend, Teradata Bteq are added advantage.
- •Having more consumer banking domain knowledge
- •Having be familiarity with reporting tool such as SAS, Tableau, Micro Strategy, Cognos, Power-BI for cresting the marts.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Co-Ordination with Business and TEchnology stakeholders to strategize the Data Warehouse Implementation Roadmap
- Extensive experience of Large TRansformation Programs and Multi-country roll out of data warehouse & data lake Capabilities
- Technical TRoubleshooting of Business User Queries both Functionally and Technically.
- Have strong ability to decode business logics from legacy codes built on SAS, Oracle PL/SQL, Teradata Bteq, IBM Datastage
- Extensive knowledge in Banking Financial Risk Data Analysis, Regulatory reporting, Digital Banking and project management
- Expertize in building Workdown Break Structure ( WBS ) business requirement into smaller stories using Agile methodology, prepare project deliverable plan and drive the project until implementation closure
- Should be strong in analsing data using big data analytical tools, hive, hue, Teradata SQL assistance, Oracle and using Linux shell

- Strong ability to communicate, influence, proactive and provide analytical solutions for customers, business stakeholders and Senior Management.
- Good relationship and stakeholder management skills and proven ability to operate effectively between cross domain/LOB and multi functional teams
- Lead solution workshops and project sprints deriving cross platform architectural solutions in onsite-offshore working model
