Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key clients.
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on B2B business development.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required to effectively communicate with overseas customers.
- Demonstrated track record of developing business and generating revenue, including specific examples of successful sales and business development initiatives.
- A proactive and driven approach to identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, with a focus on generating value and growth.
