- Manage sales orders from initial placement to final delivery, ensuring timely processing and updating of the sales database.
- Handle and accurately file all sales-related paperwork, including invoices, purchase orders, shipping documents, payment receipts, and more.
- Coordinate with the factory and customers/partners to confirm delivery schedules and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
- Professionally handle customer/partner inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing necessary product or service information.
- Assist in following up on customer payments to ensure timely receipt.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of demo units, coordinating their shipment, delivery, and timely returns.
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the department manager.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Good team player.
- Experience in Finance and HR will be considered a plus
- SAP ERP knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
