Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in the end-to-end design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, create design solutions, and enhance design impact through high-quality visual outputs.
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across multiple platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive design research, including competitor analysis, user surveys, and data analysis, to continuously improve the user experience and visual standards.
- Lead the design and implementation of an app verification tool, guiding the project from concept through to successful launch, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Implement user testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine design solutions.
- Create and refine UI/UX designs for a B2B platform, aimed at attracting major client partnerships, increasing subscription rates, and improving collaboration efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance user experience.
- Participate in design reviews and present your work regularly within the design team and to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to improve their design skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Design and optimize the official website for stablecoins, focusing on enhancing user engagement and ensuring accessibility for a diverse audience.
Requirements:
Experience and Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design for internet products, with a strong portfolio showcasing solid design skills and familiarity with Web RWD, iOS, and Android design guidelines.
- Expertise in various design methodologies, including user-centered design, design thinking, and agile design processes.
- Experience in B2B platform design and optimization.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
- Experience in designing websites for stablecoins, enhancing user engagement and accessibility for a diverse audience
Technical and Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to dig deep into user interests and behaviours, using data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
- Ability to translate complex product requirements into clear, elegant, and user-friendly interface solutions.
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent collaborative communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong design expression skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive design presentations.
Business and User Understanding:
- Deep understanding of business goals and user needs, with the ability to balance them effectively in design solutions.
