Key Responsibiities:
• Handle ServiceNow Siebel Administration Role (Customer Service management-CSM Vertical)
• Interact with the team and guide in technical analysis, designing & performance tuning
• Work with globally distributed teams & build excellent working relationships with other teams inside and outside of Global Software Engineering.
Key Requirements:
• Must have Computer Science or equivalent graduation degree
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Service-now Administration and Support
• Strong Skillsets with ServiceNow Platform Administration
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Platform Cloud Architecture
• Well versed with ServiceNow Configurations
• Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices.
• Manage ServiceNow master data: users, groups, roles, Catalog administration
• Experience around ServiceNow Portal
• Knowledge in: Menus, UI/Forms, UI Actions, Content Management, Imports, Transforms, Web Services, and Notifications
• Experience with MID server, Import Sets
• Experience in Handling Event Management and Event Correlation
• ServiceNow Integration Experience
• Experience working in Agile Projects
