We have positions currently open in the Production department at our Boon Lay Meat Processing Facility.
Job Description & Requirements
1. Deli and charcuterie specialist in producing bacon, cooked and processed meats etc.
2. Manages various production teams and production schedule.
3. Maintain and improve product standards, consistency and factory hygiene.
4. Work in accordance with HACCP plan documentation, SFA guidelines, and ISO regulations.
5. Ensure product batches label are accurate.
6. Daily Ad Hoc tasks to be handled from time to time
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:
· Works with an open mind and have flexibility to shift tasks and re-prioritise under different circumstances.
· An independent and motivated individual, who excels in working as a team.
· Able to manage own time and work according to schedule to complete task on hand
· High attention to quality, details and specification requirement of product.
· Relevant working experience in Food/ Meat companies is a must.
· 5.5 days/ week, 7:30am-5pm (Mon-Fri), 7:30am-1pm (Sat).
