OPERATIONS MANAGER

T-tech Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd.


The Construction Manager/Operations Manager manages construction activities and its progress. He/She oversees the quality control and safety matters of the project. He/She will be required to manage the administration of the project. The construction manager will be working mostly in an outdoor environment. Good communication skills are needed to liaise with the various stakeholders


  • Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Coordinate activities with subcontractors in accordance of project schedules and contract requirements.
  • Manage budget and expenditure of the project to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Manage resources required on site.
  • Manage workplace safety in accordance to safety and health regulations.
  • Monitor quality of construction to ensure compliance with building control regulations.
  • Monitor the progress of construction to ensure it adheres to the project timeline.
  • Negotiate with relevant parties to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Plan work schedules to ensure project plans are carried out as planned.
  • Prepare reports to track the progress and cost of the project.
  • Prepare tenders and contract bids.
  • Supervise site labour force to ensure project operations comply with standards and regulations.
  • Monitor several construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they conform to plans.
  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, keeping a close eye on financial aspects.
  • Establish productive relationships with stakeholders and ensure lines of communication remain open to prevent any disruptions or delays.
  • Implement safety procedures and guidelines to maintain safe work conditions.
  • Exceptional project management and delegation skills.
  • Time management and strategic planning skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in relevant software such as MS Office Suite and Project Management software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
