Job Description:
You will play a key role in supporting efforts in Academic Medicine by managing the daily operations of the Clinical Skills & Simulation Department. This includes performing the preservation and storage of cadavers, planning the disposal or cremation of used specimens, and managing the Body Donation Programme. You will assist in planning, managing, and providing both logistical and technical support for clinical skills workshops and stakeholders/clients. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in client relationship management by being involved in implementing new initiatives with industry and academic partners.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Biomedical Science or equivalent.
- Preferably 2 years of working experience.
- Must be willing to handle and work with body parts – formalin-preserved and otherwise.
- Knowledge of anatomy will be an added advantage.
- Relevant work experience in the healthcare industry or training environment will be an advantage but not a prerequisite.
- Proficient with MS Office applications.
