Job Responsibilities
- Paperwork e.g. issuing invoices/quotations etc.
- Check emails daily, follow-up accordingly
- Liaise with the government/agencies on work pass transactions & relevant applications/submissions
- Ensure necessary informations are up-to date, record-keeping/filling
- Prepare payment vouchers, monthly statements etc.
- Responsible for insurance renewals, courses registrations etc.
- Data-entry & sorting materials bills, verify suppliers invoices
- Assist in financial report preparations, safety documents submissions etc.
- Ensure office cleanliness and office stationery/equipment are in good hands
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least holding O-level/SPM or equivalent
- Bilingual in Chinese & English (read and write)
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Have relevant admin/account experience will be advantage
- Knowledgeable in Autocad & 3D Max software will be advantage
- Able to work independently and multi-task
- Humble, willing to learn new things
- Responsible and meticulous at work
- Time-management, problem-solving skills
