Job Description
• Lead the entire company services operations and handle any operational related matters
• Evaluate and review strategies on client satisfaction pertaining to operations.
• Develop and direct company’s overall budget planning strategy, plans and cost saving practices.
• Responsible for company's financial budgets and preparation of periodic financial reports / statements for management purposes.
• Sourcing new suppliers for clothing products and finding new aquaculture companies from Turkey for projects
• Managing company's import/export operations and contacting the suppliers
• Implement appropriate and efficient approaches to meet sales target.
• Continue review and assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the company’s policies, procedures, processes and identify improvement opportunities in line with the defined Business Units performance framework.
• Provide leadership and guidance on addressing the
service, organization and cost saving issues.
• Build and maintain good working relationship with the clients.
Job Requirements:
· Relevant experience,
.Good knowledge about Turkish Aquaculture and Fisheries Companies and prefabbly with an experience
· Resilient & ability to perform under pressure excellent communications & interpersonal skill.
· Oversee and manage the outlets’ Profit and Loss by meeting monthly sales target
· Develop and establish a financial budget and plans
Sourcing new clothing outlets and Fish Food farming companies for investment
· Possess a degree or equivalent Aquaculture or Fisheries Engineering
· Excellent organizational skills, highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention and initiative
· Bilingual with good writing skills in Turkish and good computer knowledge.SAP knowledge is a plus.
· Preferably with setting up of outlet experience.
· Establish and maintain strategic business partner relationships with the Clients
· Lead outlet managers to develop organizational and governance strategies
