Make an Impact by
- Being responsible for overall Lifestyle and accessories portfolio (strategy, vendor management, pre-and post-sales operations)
- Responsible for one of our handset brands (strategy, vendor management, pre-and post-sales operations)
- Responsible for coordination of marketing activities across marketing communications, in-base upsell and cross-sell and channel activities.
- Research competitive landscape for their portfolio and ensure market competitiveness on a weekly basis.
- Manage exceptional handling for customer escalations related to product portfolio.
Skills for Success
- Min Degree in Business Administration (or similar) with 3-5 years of product marketing experience; OR Diploma with 5 - 8 years of product marketing experience
- Sound knowledge in pricing analytics
- Able to work well with multiple stakeholders at various levels
- Able to execute end-to-end marketing campaigns
- Has vendor management experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel (Pivot Table, V-lookup, formulas)
- Prior experience in hardware business is a plus
- Prior experience in telco industry is a plus
