Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO in formulating the company’s strategy, monitoring its execution, and making necessary adjustments.
- Preside over shareholder meetings and board meetings, ensuring the implementation of the meeting resolutions.
- Develop the human resources strategic plan according to the development strategy of the enterprise or group, and supervise its execution to ensure that human resources meet business development needs.
- Participate in major personnel decisions of the company, providing senior management with advice on human resources strategy, organizational development, and talent team building.
- Promote organizational change and innovation to achieve continuous organizational development.
- Build a senior talent pool with a global perspective.
- Promote the company-wide implementation of the core value of "customer first."
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in corporate human resources management.
- Rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience in various HR modules, as well as in organizational design and development.
- Ability to deeply understand the business, with a keen sense of the market environment and industry development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a meticulous, rigorous approach to work and strategic foresight.
- Strong judgment and decision-making abilities, interpersonal communication and coordination skills, and planning and execution capabilities.
- Strong sense of responsibility and dedication, with good professional ethics.
