CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) OFFICER

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the CEO in formulating the company’s strategy, monitoring its execution, and making necessary adjustments.
2. Preside over shareholder meetings and board meetings, ensuring the implementation of the meeting resolutions.
3. Develop the human resources strategic plan according to the development strategy of the enterprise or group, and supervise its execution to ensure that human resources meet business development needs.
4. Participate in major personnel decisions of the company, providing senior management with advice on human resources strategy, organizational development, and talent team building.
5. Promote organizational change and innovation to achieve continuous organizational development.
6. Build a senior talent pool with a global perspective.
7. Promote the company-wide implementation of the core value of "customer first."

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
2. Over 10 years of experience in corporate human resources management.
3. Rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience in various HR modules, as well as in organizational design and development.
4. Ability to deeply understand the business, with a keen sense of the market environment and industry development.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a meticulous, rigorous approach to work and strategic foresight.
6. Strong judgment and decision-making abilities, interpersonal communication and coordination skills, and planning and execution capabilities.
7. Strong sense of responsibility and dedication, with good professional ethics.
