i. Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules that
incorporate all project acvies, milestones, and deliverables. Ulize project management
so%ware to ensure accurate tracking and reporng.
ii. Risk Management: Idenfy potenal project risks and develop migaon strategies to
minimize impact on project melines and budgets.
iii. Resource Allocaon: Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and
equipment, ensuring that projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
iv. Stakeholder Communicaon: providing regular updates on project progress, potenal
challenges, and changes to project plans.
v. Quality Control: Ensure that project planning and execuon adhere to industry standards,
company policies, and client specificaons, maintaining high quality and safety standards.
vi. Connuous Improvement: Analyze project outcomes and processes for lessons learned and
opportunies for improvement in future planning and execuon phases.
vii. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior planning engineers and other project staff, fostering
a collaborave team environment.
viii. Required Qualificaons:
ix. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construcon Management, or a related field.
x. A minimum of 8 years of experience in project planning and management within the
construcon or engineering industry.
xi. Proficiency in project management so%ware (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, poweroint).
xii. Strong understanding of engineering principles, construcon methodologies, and project
management best pracces.
