- Be Responsible for food preparation, cooking and general duties in the kitchen.
- Ensure a consistent, high quality food products are served to guests at all times.
- Carry out stocktaking in the kitchen regularly and assist in stock control of food and beverage.
- To check regularly the buffet counter to ensure the food prepared are well presented and sufficient.
- Strive to continually improve customer and team satisfaction.
- Maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.
Requirements:
- Ensure high standards of sanitation in all kitchen and storage areas, etc.
- Minimum 1-2 years' relevant experience, preferably in hotel industry
- Be polite, creative, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work independently and under pressure
