Responsibilities:
- Billing and Vessel Operating Cost review.
- Account closing of shipping business.
- Assist with General Ledger and Bank reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial statements report.
- Responsible for the shipping business accounts
- Manage and keep track of Accounts Payable and receivable
- Proficiency in managing funds transactions and accounting procedures is required.
- Responsible for shipping spending calculation and management
- Claims and Compliance: handle the writing and management of claims
- Handle administration tasks whenever necessary.
Requirements:
- Min diploma holder
- At least 2 years of accounting experiences including full set experience
- Able to work independently
