Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Investment Scouting:
- Identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in the general consumer sectors, including but not limited to F&B, food tech and supply chain engagement.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in target sectors.
- Developing and presenting investment strategies to senior management.
2. Expansion Strategy:
- Exploring and assessing restaurant expansion opportunities in key global markets, including the US, Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute market entry strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of international expansions and adjust strategies as necessary.
3. Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing and potential stakeholders, including investors, shareholders, and supply chain peers.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Represent the company in investment meetings, conferences, and other industry events as required.
4. Digital Transformation Planning:
- Collaborate with relevant parties to build and implement digital transformation plans that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Oversee the integration of digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness in target markets.
5. Investment Portfolio Construction:
- Construct and manage diverse investment portfolios, including but not limited to sectors such as consumer business, real estate, metaverse, and other emerging industries.
- Assess and balance portfolio risks, ensuring alignment with the company's financial objectives and risk tolerance.
- Regularly review and adjust portfolio allocations based on market trends and performance metrics.
