Part 1: JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Marketing Senior Executive
Reporting to: Director, Sales & Marketing
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence, managing marketing activities across all centres, implementing successful marketing initiatives focusing on leads generation with the ultimate aim to drive enrolments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Leads Generation and Management:
Focus on generating high-quality leads via various marketing channels.
Develop new channels for leads generation.
Maintain and regularly update the leads file.
Ensure timely follow up on leads and enquiries received from multiple channels.
Track leads and enrolment status/ conversion rate and prepare relevant reports.
2. Set up Marketing Assets for New Centres:
Create and manage Google Business pages and social media pages (Facebook, Instagram).
Develop, oversee the creation and installation of logo signage, façade stickers, wayfinding, banners, launch outdoor and digital ad campaigns etc
Ensure centre details are accurately listed in relevant directories including HQ websites.
Produce centre introduction videos.
Maintain and Update Social Media Accounts:
Establish and maintain social media presence on various platforms.
Post a minimum of 2 updates per week per centre.
Collect and share parent testimonials.
4. Marketing Expenditure Management:
Secure three quotes from vendors where relevant and ensure marketing expenditure are within budget/ reasonable costs.
Track all marketing expenditure and maintain a comprehensive spreadsheet.
Generate reports to evaluate ROI and effectiveness of marketing activities.
Event Organisation, Partnerships and Collaborations:
Organise and support internal and external events such as Open House.
Create and share post-event videos.
Identify and nurture opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
Work and coordinate with third-party vendors/ agencies as well as internal staff to plan and execute sales & marketing strategies.
Marketing Collaterals Creation:
Work with HQ/ third-party vendors to create high-quality and accurate marketing collaterals (including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials), that adhere to branding guidelines
7. Customer Service and Administrative Support:
Provide high-level customer service to all stakeholders.
Answer all enquiries from multiple channels professionally and promptly.
Ad-Hoc Duties:
Handle other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned from time to time by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Part 2: JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Business Management, Marketing or related discipline, with proven experience in a senior marketing role.
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a school environment or education industry would be an added advantage.
Strong proficiency in social media management and digital marketing.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Ability to analyse marketing data, generate insightful reports and propose ideas/ recommendations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
Proactive and resourceful.
Self-driven with positive mindset.
