- Position: Customer Service Coordinator (Logistic-WMS)
- Location: Jurong West
- Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6.00pm)
- Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $2600+ AWS + Medical
- Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the movement of warehouse cargo
- Liaison with trucking contractors for local deliveries
- Create and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, plans, and expenses.
- Coordinate with operations personnel to ensure readiness of cargo for deliveries.
- Update WMS on Cargo Status.
- Liaise with customers for all matters pertaining to shipments and deliveries
- Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' levels or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in logistics industry.
- Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
