Responsibilities
- Manage day to day bookkeeping works such as invoicing, data entries, payments and filing
- Responsible for accounting tasks, including AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc
- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to the Management
- Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per company guidelines
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
- Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms for both statutory and internal
- Support related companies’ financial closing and reporting
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder in Accountancy
- Good working knowledge of IFRS
- Able to handle full set of accounting and statutory reporting
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Accounting Field
- Well-versed in MS Office, such as MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)
- Able to work independently and deliver to deadlines
- Meticulous and well-organised
- Positive attitude, driven and passionate about work
