Position Overview:
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping businesses find the right talent. This is an ideal opportunity for teamplayers who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is necessary—we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed!
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential candidates using various platforms.
- Client Interaction: Assist in managing relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Management: Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Business Development: Contribute to growing our client base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This includes reaching out to potential clients, setting up meetings, and presenting our recruitment services.
- Process Coordination: Support the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants to learn the ropes and contribute to both recruitment and business development efforts.
