You will directly engage with our clients and through your passion for Fashion and the Brand, your solid sense of styling and true understanding of your clients, you will offer a personalized guidance to them. You will be guided by our existing Sales Team from diverse background and vast experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve and style customers with passion and fashion knowledge.
- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Greet, receive and communicate with customers in a welcoming manner.
- Respond to customers’ questions and answer them with confidence.
- Provide outstanding customer service by looking for opportunity to provide an extra mile service on all occassions.
- Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
- Manage financial transactions. (Cashiering cash and non-cash payment methods)
- Perform closing store funtion by processing end of day/shift total purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
- Manage inventory of the store by requesting, receiving and stocking merchandise.
- A keen eye for Visual Merchandising and daily upkeep store in presentable condition.
- Any other activities deem fit by the management related to your role.
- Other ad-hoc activities.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English & Malay as needed to converse to Malay speaking customer, as majority of the customer converse in Malay Language.
- Basic Math skills for quick calculation of discounts and promotional offers.
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus and fashionable.
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Availability to work flexible shifts.
