- Position: Sales Support Admin Assistant/ Executive
- Location: Jurong Area (Nearest MRT: Lakeside)
- Working hours: 5-day work week Monday to Friday, 9.00 am — 5.30 pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3300 + Commission + Variable Bonus + 14 days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Handling sales inquires, phone calls and emails
- Preparing of survey planner and sales report on weekly / monthly basics
- Updating of Calendar and work schedule
- Supporting sales consultants/sales team when they are absent always including following up on their quotes
- Arranging of pre site appointment with assignee / shipper directly
- Prepare relocation proposals and forward to client if required
- Taking sales meeting minutes
- Arrange networking activities for Sales and BD department (Registration and Payment)
- Leads inquires working closely with US office and generate reports for Web leads & I leads and etc
- Handle, attend, and prepare logistics & Marketing for outdoor activities related to Company if required (FEM, US Embassy, Charity, ERC etc)
- Manage office /sales team inventory
- Prepare planner, Plastic folders, GPP list, BP folders
- Ensure salesperson has quoted within 48 hours after the PMS
- Handling corporate account initiation and follow up closely with customer service and Account HR
- Prepare and follow up on Budget quotes, sending origin/destination/door-to-door rate upon client request
- Support Assistant Sales manager with cooperate accounts and various offices in the company
- Preparation of RFQ for Cooperate accounts and Tender
- Any other activities as directed by the company
Requirements:
- Minimum O levels/ ITE certificate in sales/ marketing/ business management
- Minimum one year of experience in Sales Admin duties
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
