Responsibilities:
- Support APAC business through best-in-class operations across revenue planning & sales enablement.
- Develop subject matter expertise in processes & systems e.g. Client set up, contract & incentives approval, revenue attribution, billing & invoicing, tagging & data cleaning etc.
- Help the sales team understand how to navigate systems, handle day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting with speed & accuracy.
- Design & evolve SOP for standard processes. Apply critical problem solving skills to identify improvement areas in current processes & systems and propose solutions.
- Develop operational metrics and reporting to unlock insights and analyze operational success and pain points.
- Work closely with the broader MSO team as well as cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, product, finance, legal etc); own communication and stakeholder management
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Bachelor degree is a minimum, preferably in a quantitative field
- Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (i.e. SalesForce), Order Management Systems (i.e. Operative, FatTail, Prisma, etc.) and Ads Platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks and manage time effectively.
