M-F, 9 to 6 (3 days office, 2 days home)
· Execute Letter of Credit process and ensure timelines are met timely and efficiently
· Generate shipping documents and maintain relevant databases
· Liaise with shipping agents and Rio Tinto Marine team to guarantee prompt and accurate shipping docs issuance
· Support compliance with Rio Tinto policies related to trade finance and shipping documents
· Manage individual knowledge levels, identifying areas for growth and development.
· Working closely with multiple stakeholders to improve level of services and processes to meet the business requirements maintaining a positive relationship.
· Provide input to standard cyclical reports (weekly and monthly).
· Support business process, digital and automation improvements to effectively and efficiently deliver customer service solutions to the business
