Job Purpose
To provide support for maintenance/projects on various CCTV and Network system in SMRT stations and depots.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for carrying out operating tasks related to CCTV systems, such as monitoring footage and recording footage.
- Check for available firmware updates for cameras, recorders, and other system components.
- Perform necessary updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Ensure rules and regulations are carried out in compliance with internal procedures.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Minimum Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Data Communication discipline or minimum 3 years of experience in Data Network environment will be considered.
- Certification in CCNA is an advantage.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well with large and diverse teams.
- Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Must be prepared to perform duties at night during non-passenger service hours (2300h to 0700h) from time to time.
- Must possess good oral and communications skills as well as be able to work independently.
