Key Responsibilities:
Training and Development:
•Train and onboard new hires, ensuring they understand our products, customer service standards, and daily operations.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Daily Stock Management:
- Conduct daily stock take to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Manage inventory processes, including stock ordering, receiving, and replenishment.
Scheduling and Team Management:
- Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Lead by example, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Service:
- Ensure all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
- Uphold store standards in terms of cleanliness, merchandising, and product presentation.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a retail supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to train and motivate a team.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and scheduling software.
