Job Scope:
HR:
· Update details of each staff.
· Staff personal leave planner (Monthly report to HR).
· Staff travel plan (Assist in bookings, oversee trip expenses, and monthly report to Controller).
· Update staff insurance (Email)
o Liberty Insurance (Work Injury Compensation Insurance)
o HSBC Insurance (Employee Benefit)
o AIG Insurance (Travel Insurance)
Administration:
· Take note on the office lease expiration date.
· Payment from vendors (Office rental, utilities, and other monthly payment).
· Yearly procurement checking or in between request.
· New staff orientation and other setup for the laptop and other devices (if any).
· Weekly office cleaning.
· Quarterly aircond and printer checking.
Logistics Admin:
· Certificate or Origin/ Trade & Shipping Documents [Endorsement to Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (SICC) and send to colleague in UAE
Requirements:
· Poly graduation or with 1~2 years admin experience.
· Expert in excel and good administrative and time management
Additional Information:
· Salary – S$3K per month
· Contract duration: 4-month contract, maternity coverage
· Commencement Date: Immediate till 31 Dec 2024
· Working days and hours: Mon – Fri: 9am to 6pm
· Location: Jalan Pemimpin, Marymount MRT
