A Leading & Prominent Luxury Goods Company is seeking a talented IT Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development, administration, and support of their enterprise systems.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and administer enterprise systems to support business operations.
· Provide efficient user support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to vendors.
· Conduct thorough testing of pre-release applications, software, and tools.
· Contribute to successful implementation projects and provide ongoing support.
· Collaborate with vendors on project planning, application testing, and system upgrades.
Requirements:
· Degree or diploma in Information Technology.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in application support and implementation.
· Proven expertise in deploying workflow and automation solutions.
· Strong hands-on knowledge of Nintex K2, Microsoft Power Automate, and SQL.
