About Our Client

Client is one of the largest supermarket chain in Singapore, with more than 100 stores across the island.

Job Description

Business Process Development and Improvement:

  • Drive improvement in the end-to-end "quote-to-cash" process for Retail Media, from pre-sales to campaign launch to billing
  • Leverage technology to drive automation and efficiency

Campaign Management and Optimisation:

  • Oversee the setup and execution of retail media campaigns, ensuring campaigns go live in a timely manner
  • Ensure quality assurance and campaign asset compliance with brand guidelines
  • Track campaign performance and optimise towards campaign objectives delivering positive ROAS and ROI for clients

Measurement and Analytics:

  • Define retail media performance measurement framework inline with industry standards (e.g. IAB and MRC)
  • Develop campaign dashboards and reports
  • Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights

Client Engagement:

  • Owns campaign execution and performance, partnering with Sales to engage clients for campaign optimisation
  • Partner with Sales to conduct regular performance reviews with clients to discuss results, insights and optimisation strategies
  • Provide training and support to clients on campaign best practices and optimisation techniques

Team Development and Management:

  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of team excellence, innovation and continuous learning
  • Develop close partnerships with other functions including Marketing and Customer
  • Analytic, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Retail Media Products and Solutions

The Successful Applicant

  • 10 years in retail media, digital advertising role, with a focus on ad operations, campaign management and optimisation (Ecommerce platform or media agencies)
  • Proficiency in publishers ad serving platforms (e.g. Google Ad Manager, CitrusAds),
  • DSPs (e.g. The Trade Desk, DV360, Quancast), Meta (e.g. CPAS), analytics platform
  • (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase) and reporting dashboards (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau)
  • Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
  • campaigns simultaneously
  • Analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proven leadership, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
