The Account Manager will act as a point of contact for their clients. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find opportunities to generate more revenue for the company. To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, problem-solving, can succinctly communicate their thoughts and good emotional intelligence skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, independently and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Job Duties
• Act as the main point of contact for the company’s clients
• Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust, introduce/present/explain the company’s profile, products and service
• Respond to clients' inquiries received via email, text messages and calls
• Multi-task between various inquiries and systems in a fast-paced environment
• Resolve problems by investigating the presented issues in our back office, consulting with other departments and/or research under the specific client’s account
• Actively listen to each client to gain a perfect understanding of their individualized needs and business
• Good at networking, problem-solving, public speaking, driven, positive mindset, goal orientated, strong presentation; individual/Group (15mins – 1 hr) and communication skills
• Properly manage client’s expectations and follow through on commitments
• Collaborate with various departments and team members to solve inquiries
• Representing the company in trade shows, events and exhibitions
• Able to manage easily in the here-and-now, but also have a continual focus on the long-term development of the client relations/account.
• Consistently create repeatable processes that deliver extraordinary results.
• Adhoc duties assigned

Experience Requirements:
• Account Management experience (Preferred)
• Customer Service 1 yr (Preferred)
• Sales experience 2 yrs (Preferred)
• Real Estate experience (Advantage)
• ACTA Cert (Advantage)
Remuneration:
- Basic + Commissions paid on a monthly basis.
